On Saturday 24th May 2014, The Social Cinema flew somewhere over the rainbow and followed the yellow brick road to present a very special screening of The Wizard Of Oz, Victor Fleming’s enduring family musical of Dorothy and her dog Toto’s adventures in a magical land.
We transformed the Phoenix Courtyard Suites into our very own ‘merry old land of Oz’, where we had craft, music, specially devised performances from the wonderful people at BigMix theatre, and specially made Oz treats courtesy of Ellie Bee Bakes.
